Well, just to put the day in one sentance -- my washing machine is broken! That is one of the most aggravating things! I have been searching for a new one, but everyone I contact on Craig's list has already sold theirs, or sells it to someone else while I'm waiting for Dan to get home from school!
Anyone know someone getting rid of a used washing machine that still works well? Seriously,after a day of Craig-ing it, I am getting frustrated!

I know of a few up here, only problem is you have to transport them a zillion miles. After you factor in the cost of gas you could buy brand new, top of the line front loaders for much less! Sorry for your predicament!
I have bought my BEST washing machines at spencer's appliances for real cheap. They have a discount area where people bought machine and the for some reaons they were rteturned-some not even used (they just didn't fit right) they also have "refurbished" machines that work awesome. I have never had a problem from any machine I have purchased and if you do, the have a really inexpensive warranty to add on. Seriously, these machines are like 75% cheaper than anywhere else. We bought a huge washer that was top of the line for dirt cheap. Try out, it is kinda hit or miss b/c they are always getting new stuff. They will even hold it till your husband gets home too!
