I know, its been over a month since I last blogged! Sorry!
Emmy has been sick on and off for the past month, and is now on round two of antibiotics. This cough she has got better, and then worse. The good news is she feels fine, despite a hacking cough and 104 fever! She has been to the doctor four times in the past few weeks. Poor thing!
Dan has had food poisoning, and now has a bad head cold. He is keeping up with school well for all his ailments, luckily. This semester is going well so far, he's just about to start his first round of exams.
I have been, ummmm pregnant pretty much sums it up. I have been nauseated a lot, and very very tired. Some days I feel so lazy that I have to bribe myself to just get Emmy bathed and dressed and out of the house. Just doing my hair and makeup has turned into a chore! I know it will get easier, I'm just looking forward to that!
Here is a few pictures of the past month.
Helping Mommy bake cupcakes.
Helping Mommy eat cupcakes.
Yummy Mickey pancakes from Daddy. He makes the best pancakes!
Stacking all her blocks in a tower. I was being the ever attentive parent to the TV, when she called my name and said 'look mommy, emmy has a towah'. She was so proud of her 'towah'.
Also, we had a baby shower for Celeste, it was so fun. There is a recipe from the shower below, if anyone other that Tawnya is interested! Rachel and Celeste had their new little girls. Yes, both of my sisters gave birth to girls in the last couple weeks. My poor Mom! Really we all love it, and its so nice to have Celeste here and to be able to hold Mya. She is soooooo cute, sweet, and teeny tiny! Its so fun to be able to see a brand new baby, especially one that's my niece.
Next week we find out if we are having a blue baby or a pink one! Hooray! I can't wait to find out. It will be nice to know so I can start planning, or in reality, buying things I see that I like. HA! I will try to post soon after we get the ultrasound.
Until next week .......
