While she is looking at Daddy and making her obvious poo face, she says "Daddy, I'm pooping, I need you to change my diaper in a minute, ok?"
Is this child ready for potty training or what? Yeah right, she won't use the potty for #2's for anything, and trust me I have tried many many things!

Hey at least she's telling you when she's doing it! That's better than most 2yo's can do. #2's are always harder b/c they take more effort on the potty than #1's do. She'll have it all down soon, you just need to find something to motivate her. THAT'S the hard part.
With Ethan, it was right before his 3rd b-day. He already had all the 'skills' he needed, he just didn't WANT to do it yet. We told him if he wanted to have a party for his b-day he had to start going on the potty all the time. That's all he needed. He was potty trained from that moment. Motivation.
The love of a parent...nothing our children do gross us out, too bad anyways.
